Due to a rapid expansion within QuEST, the internal processes of the company were in need of a major overhaul, and this is where Christine’s out-of-the-box thinking really shined. In her time at QuEST, she successfully created and deployed numerous internal process improvements, saving the company potentially millions of dollars in wasted overhead costs, as identified by our Technology Excellence Group in a Cost of Poor Quality Assessment this past year.

On top of the aforementioned items, Christine was also always accessible and responsive for any questions and concerns revolving around the constant policy changes within our rapidly changing company. If she didn’t know the answer, she knew how to get the answer and was a go-to person for anything of this nature.

I also found that Christine was also a very personable person in the work place. She was always respectful and helpful whenever my group had the need to ask anything of her or her team. Her communication abilities are top notch and she also excels at positive reinforcement for peers and subordinates alike.

Overall I think that Christine would be an extremely valuable asset to any company. She’s highly intelligent and thinks outside the box. I highly recommend that she be given an opportunity to work with your organization as I know you will not be disappointed.

I had the pleasure of working both directly and indirectly with Christine during her time as the UTAS VBU North American Project Coordination Manager at QuEST Global – NA, Inc. As the Project Coordination Manager, Christine was my direct supervisor for all duties assigned through the Project Coordination Team. During portions of that time, we worked together closely and I was able to gain a good understanding of her capabilities.

Christine is extremely team focused. She worked to provide support for her employees and worked effectively with all team members. Her leadership skills were excellent. She allowed employees to create routines and processes to build their programs, but evaluated each program for effectiveness and to ensure adherence to corporate policies. If a program needed critiquing, she provided constructive feedback and assisted with improving the program. Christine encouraged me to grow as an employee and held me accountable for my results. She does a great job at delegating work appropriately to skill level and providing additional training, as needed. Christine values employee appreciation and is quick to acknowledge a job well done. When team morale is down, Christine finds a way to boost it back up.

Christine has top of the line interpersonal and public speaking skills. She can present information to a wide range of audience types while staying on topic. She is excellent at engaging team members in discussion to promote effective brainstorming. This is a type of ongoing training that Christine excels at.

Christine is a dedicated worker. She remains involved in the daily activities that her team faces and never hesitates to be the “back-up” to make sure that the task always gets completed. She focuses on the customer’s needs and makes sure the need is met. She is adaptable and can quickly switch tactics if a customer or supervisor changes their mind about something at the last minute.

I have been employed with QuEST Global for four years, supporting many sites of operation including Illinois, Connecticut, and California. I was part of the initial time at the site in California, helping to grow the local team from four employees to over 65 in two years. I worked under the management of Christine for over a year on QuEST’s Project Coordination Team, primarily supporting UTC Aerospace Systems. During this time, Christine made vast improvements to many processes, resulting in reduced cycle times and cohesiveness among all areas of the company—all thanks to the team that Christine envisioned.

Christine is an incredibly innovative and ambitious employee, willing to do whatever it takes to move the company forward towards success. She has proven herself to be capable of adopting current processes and improving them using the tools available to her. Through the standardization of our onboarding process, creating templates, tools, and standard work, Christine is responsible for making this time-sensitive operation run smoothly. To be specific, she has cut the onboarding time at QuEST in half, down to two-to-three weeks. Due to the changes she implemented across all QuEST sites, our customer now knows when to expect their support and can plan their program schedules accordingly.

Christine did all of this while managing a team of employees located at various locations in the U.S. She views her team as peers and delegates responsibility equally amongst the team, furthering their career development.
